Consumer Competition Claims foundation files EUR 5 billion claim against Apple

The Consumer Competition Claims foundation has filed its class action claim of EUR 5 billion against Apple at the Amsterdam District Court. Apple has been abusing its dominant position for over a decade, and the EU consumers have suffered financial and other losses as a result.
 
If you are a consumer in the EU, have an iPhone or an iPad, and purchased an app or made an in-app purchase, you can register to support the class action. Your support is valuable.
